One-hour minimum. No trip charge in our area.
Four visits a year with the same tech: gutters, filters, detectors, dryer vent, winterizing. Member rates on everything else.
A monthly visit with two hours on your list, plus the seasonal work.
Two visits a month, house checks while you're away, first in line for snow.
Extra time for members is $95/hr. Materials at cost plus 20%, and you approve anything over $50. The first 100 members keep their rate.
